Warranty

Warranty claims related to visible defects must be reported in writing within 5 business days of receipt of merchandise. An image of the claimed products must be included in the notification.

Warranty claims related to functional defects must be notified in writing within 25 business days of receipt of the product. An image of the claimed products must be included in the notification. Normont guarantees the functionality of its product for a period of 24 months, from the date of purchase.

Normont reserves the right to require the customer to dispose of the product on site or to return the product to Normont.

If Normont believes the product is not working, Normont shall:

A-Repair the product,
B-Replace the product
or C-credit the product

Dispose on site-Product credit: Normont will provide a credit, immediately applicable. Repair/Return: Normont will issue an RMA. The product must be returned to Normont using the Normont carrier of your choice. The information will be detailed in the RMA documentation. The customer is requested to return the product within 10 days of receipt of the RMA from Normont.

Normont will not warrant product that is damaged due to mishandling, excessive use, improper maintenance, conditions abnormal operation or damage in transit.

Normont will not warrant a product that is used in applications where the product is left unattended. Example, incorrect gas spring force, a rebound damper where a compression damper is required. Incorrect size gas spring for an application.

Normont will not warrant a product if an adjustment/modification is made to the product by the customer or a third party, without the consent of Normont. In addition, Normont will not guarantee damages that are due to incorrect installation by the customer.
